The very moment Mattia, Bruno's and Maria's son and Paolo's nephew, started working as a professional chef, he was able to join together the enthusiasm of his young passion and the longstanding culture of his family both in wine knowledge and cooking expertise.

our wine list has a large selection  of well known labels and important  producers   from langa, roero  and nationally.

The menu is traditional and creative, prepared with fresh meat, seasonal vegetables and first quality ingredients selected with care.
